Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Visitation

I am currently going through a divorce. My current order of visitation says I cannot expose my daughter to a ''paramour''. I have been bringing my girlfriend to visitation, who I now have a son with and plan to marry. Now my ex wants to revoke my visitation order saying I disobeyed the ''paramour''. I do not view my girlfriend as an ''illicit relationship''. We plan to marry, and I want my daughter around her and our son. Does my ex have a case?

Re: Visitation

The language which you've quoted regarding exposing your daughter to a paramour would seem ambiguous and if your ex attempts to have your brought into court on an alleged violation of this order, you should contest it and request clarification from the court that will allow visitation with your girlfriend/intended wife.
