visitation and girlfriends

My sons dad is living with his girlfriend and he is taking me to court for visitation. Is it true that since he lives with her and they are not married that he will not be able to get over night visitation with my son?

That decision will be up to the court which rules on the matter but the circumstance which

you've referenced is not likely on its own to

move the court to disallow such overnight visitation.
