visitation

i recieved your answer but may have not made the question clear .he has proved he is the father and its ben to court and joint custody was applied .the visitation was ruled he had her as much as the mother .the mother want coperate with the dropping her off we meet her half way .now she wants him to pay for her gas to meet us.she will hardly ever agree for the visitation she is not working and says she has no car but refuses to tell where she lives for him to go all the way to get her,

If the mother is violating the joint custody custody order, your son should bring her back before the court on a Show Cause Rule to explain why she should not be found in contempt of court and sanctioned accordingly.
