visitation rights

my daughter has a 3 year old son.the father has denied responsibility.if she sues for child support,does he have any visitaion rights? he has never seen his son,nor has he tried to make contact.

Re: visitation rights

The court will likely order visitation for the father if it finds him to be the father of the subject child and orders him to pay child support. (Whether or not the father avails himself of his right to visitation will be up to him.)
