Visitation rights of the non-custodial parent
I have full custody of my son, however there is no visitation established. What rights does this give the non-custodial parent?

The non-custodial parent has the right to petition
the court for visitation rights in the event that such visitation is not already being afforded.

Let me add to Mr. Hendrickson's response, with which I agree fully.
As a single divorced parent some years ago, I simply want to ask you to consider also your son's rights; he has a right to two parents, and unless your ex is unfit to have visitation, you should be proactive in encouraging a relationship between your son and his father. Should your son meet an untimely death, as did mine, you want to be able to know you encouraged an open relationship with his other parent.

Hello, Have not had time to read the replies so I will make it brief. If all things equal, it would be wise to appear cooperative. It might give you an advantage in future dispute resolution.
