Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Visitation across States

Court papers don't spell out times, just say within reason. Our year to have Christmas with children and exwife refusing to meet half way. I can't take two days off of work to drive the distance and she wont put them on a plane. What can I do?

Re: Visitation across States

Go back to court and request a modification of the current order, requesting that terms be included that would be more specific and in your favor in regard to effecting successful visitation with your children.
