Visitation/Custody Question

I currently live with my boyfriend and his roommate in a two bedroom apartment. What are the chances that I could get joint custody or overnight visitation with my daughter? Also, my boyfriend has a few felony convictions in his past, would this have an effect on the court allowing my child to visit me at his house?

More information required as to the first question, but, yes, depending upon the nature of these felony convictions and how recently they occurred, your boyfriend's criminal record could affect a court's decision on whether to allow your child to visit you at this boyfriend's home.
