Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

vol. separation without a separation agreement

If my wife and i seperate (she moves out to another address) and we are looking at divorcing after the year. Is it legally okay to date others even though a seperation agreement hasn't been signed by either of us. basically can either of us see someone else once we are no longer living together?

Dating before thye divorce is final.

Adultery is adultery even if it post separation. If you have a separation agreement and agree to live your own lives therafter, you can date but I would advise against entering into a sexual relationship until after the divorce.
