Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I've been given less than a week of notice. (Order to show cause) I mistakenly thought I had until Nov to refi my house- the day of the offical divorce. But it is based on when we signed the agreement last June.

I've been scrambling to get a refi in order now.

Well, explain it all to the judge (if you have to) and hope that the court

will not find you in contempt and impose sanctions, accordingly.
