My wife asked for a Divorce. She moved into the Guest Room. She considers us Separated. She is/was already having an extramarital affair (moderate proof). Where so I stand in regards to the assets?

As to marital assets, who could say based upon these few paltry facts where you may stand in regard to this issue? Nevertheless, you may want to know that in Virginia, proof of adultery rarely has much effect these days on what an adulterous spouse may receive as his or her share of the marital assets in any given divorce.
