Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
My wife has cheated on me for the send time. She wants a divorce. She said she will not ask for child support. Said she will give me 50% of the profit from sale of the house. Said she will give me the motorcycle she bought for me that's in her name. I can't trust her. What should I do?

Promises, promises, which are unlikely to be kept. (And, FYI, a parent cannot legally waive the
children's right to child support since this right inheres in the child(ren) rather than the parent).
As for other matters to be settled in a divorce, you would be well advised
to retain competent counsel to represent you to ensure that these promises will be legally
enforceable if/when your (former) wife decides it's simply more convenient for her to default on such as these.
