Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My wife deserted and abandoned me and took my son . I am unemployed and have no drivers licenge . When she left she left everything, her cloths my sons possessions, even her toothbrush.She went and moved in with her mother and we have been seperated for 10 months.Do i have any rights to alimony or any kind of help from her. Also what are my rights under the law to be able to see my son? I live in the state of Va. I have a mental disability and am in the process of filing for disability with the social security administration.Please help me with this question
