Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

me and my wife are getting a divorce soon but the thing i have had go on is that when she got out of boot camp she took the kids and went to her grandfathes home and got him to say i was not aloud to come on the land and every time i ask to see the kid she tells me no. now i have just learned that she went and got a emergency custody order on the kids over what my mom was saying to her. i have asked her if i could even go up there to see the kids and she has told me no and ill think about it. being shes in the National Guard Reserves and can i get her unfit to have them?

Better hire your own attorney (if you haven't already done so) to represent

you in the divorce as well as the custody/visitation issues that will

obviously and necessarily be included in it.
