Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

If my ex wife is getting food stamps and welfare can the courts use this for calculating child support? And if my 17 year old son is working and giving his paycheck to my ex, does that count as income as well?

No, such benefits are excluded from parental gross income under Va. Code Sec. 20-108.2 C1.
