Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My wife and I own our home jointly. Can I forbid her grown son from living in our house? She says he may live here, I say no.

Since your wife owns every bit as much of this home as you do, she can invite

whomever she pleases to live there (including her son whose presence apparently you can no longer abide).
