Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My wife and I have joint bank account that she uses as her account I have my own account that I transfer money into the joint account. I have evidence that she is giving large sums of money to a "friend" is the joint account marital property? She has direct deposit into joint account. We are now going through a divorce I need to know if I have any legal right to bring up the money in divorce court.?

Forget the formal legal terminology, if you have these suspicions, why apparently are you continuing to transfer funds into this joint account, knowing already that you're headed for the divorce court.?
