Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Ex wife and I have joint legal custody. Currently she lives 45mins away in same state. She is planning on moving 1.5hr away (still in VA) is there anything I can do about this? She has moved 4 times in the last six years. Her moves keep getting further and further away from me. I am apart of my children's lives and do not feel this is in the best interest of the children. The children will no longer be able to come for weekend visits and play a sport at the same time. Obviously my ex has not thought of the children at all while making the decision to move.

Yes, you can request a hearing on the issue of this proposed move to note

your opposition to it in the court which currently has jurisdiction over

the custody matter.
