Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My wife left me (6 mths ago), we are not divorced, no spousal adultery or abuse. Her name is on the mortgage and credit cards. Is there anything legally that I can do to get her to pay her half of the credit cards, loans and mortgage? I have been paying them all and I am about to go bankrupt. What can I do to get her to pay her share? Thanks

Short of divorcing her and in the process getting her to settle up her

share of these marital debts in the process, the answer

is in all likelihood, no, there is not (in my opinion) anything that

you can do to force her to pay up in the situation described.
