Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My wife and I are Legally Seperated in the state of Virginia for about 6 months now. We have a daughter. We have joint custody. We take turns weekly keeping her. We both live seperate. We both have a girlfriend/boyfriend. Is it ok for me to take vacation out of the country for a week?

Assuming your wife would be agreeable to taking

over your custodial responsibilities for your daughter during that week, what would be the problem?
