Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my wife and I were married in va in 2004. We seperated in 2007 but are still not officially divorced. We have two young children as well. I moved to new york for a job in 2009. She was planning to move to maryland with the kids, which i agreed to. At the last minute she decided to move to florida with them against my wishes. We are still seeking a divorce but my question is this, is she within her rights to take the children out of state against my wishes? Thank You.

Yes, in the absence of a valid court order bearing on the matter, quite so(in my opinion).
