Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My wife has moved out & says she wants a divorce. we have a 7year old son , she says that i can not have any one stay @ my house while he is there . she has females staying with her is this right?

No, absent a valid court order pertaining to such a matter issued

by a court of proper jurisdiction, your wife would have no legal basis

for attempting to impose such a requirement on your household while

your son is visiting you.
