my wife is a recovered heroin attic of over ten years. she has three children inwhich she does not have custody, however supervised visitation. Can the guardian deny her rights to see her children because she does not like me?

No, not unless you pose a demonstrable threat to these children and insist

on accompanying your wife to her visitation appointments with her children.
