me and my wife has been separated since january 2002 we have an agreement

signed were each party is responible for our own bills she went to the emergency room and singed my name to be the responible party after we signed these papers

now i am in the prosses of buying a home and i found out that i have a judgement on my credit for that i check it out and that i were she went to the emergency room i contact the hospital and sent them the paper we signed . how can she sign that i am responible for this what do i need to do i am i the prosses of buying a home

Send her a bill for reimbursement for the amount of the bill and if she doesn't pay, it will be deducted from any final claims that she may have for her share of the marital property when the divorce is finalized.
