Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My wife and I are separated for a year. Custody has been determined and the court order states we are to give 30 days written notice before moving our residence. I just found out she has been evicted and moved without my knowledge. I don't know where my children are. What can I do legally?

Well, whenever you find a verifiable address for her you could have her brought back to

court on what's called a Rule to Show Cause (as to why she should not be found in contempt)

and require that she explain herself to the judge (and possibly face appropriate sanctions).
