Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My wife told me to get out of the house, subsequently changed the locks on the house while I was at work, and wrote me an email telling me I would not have access to the house. In response, I found an apartment and began the waiting period for a divorce. Is what she did considered constructive abandonment in the Commonwealth of Virginia?
