My ex wife's Stepfather Is harrassing me

My ex wife and I are going through a nasty custody battle. She is very bitter and will stop at nothing to keep me in court. She has her stepfather (who is a retired military officer) call my commanding officer and try to get me in trouble professionally? He has threatened me with doing this before. Is there anything or laws against this?

Probably not, and as long as your commanding officer is aware of the context of such a call and the source of the (mis)information, it presumably should not pose a problem for you, professionally speaking.
