Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I will be getting married soon, my fiance is a marine while I am in college. I am currently working towards starting my own business, and I also have a trust fund as well as an inheritence from both my parents (their divorced). I'm not sure what kind of prenup I should get or how much seperation between his assests/debts and mine that I will need.

Assuming you're a young person embarking on your first marriage, no prenuptial agreement should be necessary in order to protect the assets which you've referenced since under applicable Virginia law they would remain your sole property even after marriage for which your spouse could make no viable claim.
