Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

If our Will states that our four children divide estate equally, but all of our IRA money and CDs leave all money to only three of those four children, which documents take priority. The will over the IRA and CD money or the other way around?

The specific beneficiary designations take the property out of the estate, so the provisions of the will regarding the IRA money and CD's will not have any effect.
