Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
If a women is leagally seperated from her husband by court of law, and she has a previous child in this marriage, and she starts a new relationship with someone else and they are not living together. She gets pregnant, Can she loose her child?

Not really clear on your facts, but if I understand them correctly, no this does not necessarily indicate a change in custody. But yes, people lose their children in our courts every day and you would be smart to see an attorney about your sitation.
