Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am wondering if its legal for your spouse to move in with his girlfriend? We haev no seperation agreement drawn up yet- I tried and he refused to sign becasue he said he wasnt paying me child support-

No, such activity as alleged would appear to be in violation of the following Virginia Criminal Statutes:

1. Va. Code Sec 18.2-344 (Fornication)

2. Va. Code Sec. 18.2-345 ( Lewd and lascivious cohabitation.)
