Legal Question in Medical Leave in Virginia

3rd trimester disability

I am a waitress and and while I am at work I have contractions so bad that I have to sit down. The contractions aren't making me dilate, however they are hindering me to do my job to the fullest. Am I eligible to receive disability in the state of VA?

Perhaps; you should look into determining whether you might qualify for Short Term Disbility insurance coverage under these circumstances.
