Legal Question in Medical Leave in Virginia

alimony & child support during FMLA

I pay alimony & child support for 4 children. I'm also on family medical leave not getting a paycheck. Must I still make alimony & child support payments?

Yes, indeed, you must continue to make these support payments (unless the court suspends them).
