To claim paternity

Son father died in 9/11, never had paternity established child support showed a picture of him and that was all. How can I prove paternity his family lives in new york

You can't now establish paternity for this deceased person, but I don't understand your reference to "child support showed a picture of him" nor what significance it may have for this particular issue.
