I was dismissed from a 12-14 yr job without 2wks notice or valid reason for bein

I would like 2 know what my avenues are in this matter upon the representative of the nestle company ( so called boss ) for dismissel from this job without 2 wks notice when he was informed of the matter and how serious it was, agreed 2 the time off but changed his mind because of a lie that I proved could not have happened..
