Are emails admissible in court?

I was told that I was having a civial Lawsuite against me that is being done by my anut & Uncle for Malicious activity.This malicious activity they are claiming stemmed from a email that I sent to someone else not even them, could this email be used? How could someone even prove it was sent by me?

A lawsuit for alleged "malicious activity", allegedly stemming from an email, you say? All of this sounds very improbable and I would doubt that you have much to be concerned about.
