Family Medical Leave

Are we REQUIRED by law to tell employee her accumulated missed FML time? If yes, how often? (She is again close to 480 hrs. and wants to know when she can miss time again) Must we tell her?

I know of no such requirement imposed upon employers; the employee either is eligible for the FMLA leave or not.
