Legal Question in Medical Leave in Virginia
Fml
Employee is very nearly at max. hours of FML leave. Next time she calls in taking day off for FML are we obligated to tell her FML time is up and her absence will count against her attendance?

Obligated? No, I don't believe so, but it would probably be a good idea anyway.
