Legal Question in Medical Leave in Virginia

I need a FMLA attorney in Norfolk/Richmond, VA area

After taking 5 days family leave, my job as an engineering administrator was taken away from me and I was placed in a lesser job.

After taking 8 weeks famiIy leave, I was again replaced and put in a lesser job. I now have been moved from an office enviornment with stable working hours and location to an industrial enviornment, with uncompensated overtime and out of state travel for up to 6 months of the year.

I have mde my concerns known to management, but they think they have offered me an "equivalent job". I feel I need an attorney.
