Fmla
Employee began intermittent FMLA on 9/14/06 using all 12 weeks as of 9/10/07. Begininning 9/15/07 does she qualify for another 12 weeks of FMLA if she has medical certification?

The FMLA rules allow for 12 weeks of unpaid leave for each 1250 hours of work performed by ther employee within the prior 12 months. According to this formulation, the employee in your question should then be eligible for another 12 weeks of unpaid leave on or about 09/15/2008.
