Legal Question in Medical Leave in Virginia
FMLA lack of posters on rights and responsibilities
I recently took FMLA and found out that my school district/employer does not have info. posted regarding FMLA. Per the Secretary of Labor, I was under the impression that FMLA rights and responsibilities for employer/employee were required to be posted in an obvious place where employees can see it. Is my school district in violation on this?
