Legal Question in Medical Leave in Virginia

FMLA isn't it the law to post info. response

The big deal in this case is that many employees, such as myself, have never dealt with the FMLA process; many of my colleagues did not even know about FMLA until I took it. It's a matter of legally being informed about rights as an employee. It is also a matter of protecting one's job when time must be taken for medical reasons. That, to me, is a big deal. Knowing options is key, but if employers do not inform employees, they may get away with intimidation or the like when someone needs to take time off to care for themselves or a loved one. Isn't that why there is a law requiring info. to be placed in an obvious place for employees to see? I have gone through this and have found many of the employees are not informed or even aware of the benefits of FMLA.

So, you want the DOL to sue your employer for this alleged violation regarding required notices to be posted in the workplace or what?
