Legal Question in Medical Leave in Virginia

FMLA Leave

I have been on FMLA since 3/2007 for hernia surgery. I had another surgery in july. i have now been suspended after contacting my human resource's supervisor because my fmla paperwork would magically appear and disappear. can a compnay legally suspend and fire you for using your fmla leave simply because human resources has a personal issue with my doctor care

Human resources, you claim, "has a personal issue with (your) doctor care". None of this makes much sense and much more information would be required to respond to this query.
