FMLA - 12 month measured forward

Using the 12-month measured forward. If an employee takes 2 weeks in Feb 2008, 2 weeks in May 2008, 6 weeks in June 2008 and 2 weeks in Nov 2008, when would the employee be eligible for another 12 weeks of FMLA.

Probably no sooner than January 1, 2010, assuming

that the employee was employed full time during 2009 and worked at least 1250 hours during that year

for the employer from whom the leave was requested in 2010.
