FMLA Reinstatement
As a government contractor, the customer has removed an employee for excessive absenteeism after returning from FMLA. The employer doesn't have a position for her. Also, the employee displayed inappropriate conduct at the customer work site whe she was notified of the removal request. Is termination in violation of FMLA?
