Fmla Violation
I was certified for chronic condition on 5/2008 and paperwork was approved on 7/2008. There was a related absence 6/2008 but that was denied because company reported it as new condition requiring additional visits and forms to the doctor. If the absence in 6/2008 is covered by 5/2008 certification and the company refuses to resubmit for approval and because of that I was suspended for 1 month without pay. Is this a violation of fmla?
