Legal Question in Medical Leave in Virginia
I am the grandmother of a newborn that is getting ready to have open heart surgery, is there any way for FMLA to come into effect for this?

covered by the Family & Medical Leave Act, should be entitled to take up to
12 weeks of unpaid leave.
