Can i be made to use flma
If i have enough leave sick and personal to cover my time out while having a baby can i be forced to use flma?

The employer can require that the employee exhaust his or her accumulated sick and vacation leave before utilyzing FMLA leave.
I know of no requirement that the reverse applies, i.e., that the employer can require that the employee first take FMLA leave before using the aforementioned accumulated leave.
