Legal Question in Medical Leave in Virginia
I'm having major back issues that is going to require surgery can I take the fmla and if so will I get paid any. I don't have any insurance offered through my company nor vacation and sick time.

You will need to submit a request to your employer to take up to 12
weeks of UNPAID leave (if in fact you are eligible) for your surgery and its aftermath.
