Legal Question in Medical Leave in Virginia

Pay while out under the FMLA

If I have been out for surgery and have no sick leave or personal days. Is it possible to receive a regular pay check if I am out under the FMLA program or even partial pay?

No, FMLA leave is unpaid leave(up to 12 weeks in a given calendar year). (Of course, if your employer wanted to pay you anyway, I know of nothing in the Act which would prevent that.)
