Legal Question in Medical Leave in Virginia
PEO Organization
Our payroll is done through a Professional Employee Organization, however I work in a 2 person office. Because we go through this organization I am offered many benefits. Would a Medial Family Leave be onoe of them? My empoloyer is not mentioning it.

Unless you're actually employed by this PEO which must have at least 50 or more employees and meet the other criteria necessary for employer coverage under the Act, you would not be entitled to leave under the FMLA as an employee.
